The PQ Estate, Guilderland, NY
Christine P. acquired her 4 acres property in the suburb of Guilderland several years ago. As there are no neighbors close by, the property has a rural feel to it. Christine’s love of flowers, animals, and the environment meant she wanted to actively engage in her own management of the land. There are several sections of the landscape: The Island, The Mole Meadow, The Big Oaks, The Garden, The Orchard, and The Peony Field. (See her Blog to read more about each).
My gardening goals are to remove invasive plants, reduce lawn, and plant more native plants and cut flowers. I welcome fellow gardeners to share your tips and ideas as I continue to grow the gardens at the PQ Estate.
