Hundreds of native plant enthusiasts joined the Capital Region Wild Ones on Nov. 16 at the Thacher Park Visitor Center for the 4th Annual Native Plant Celebration and Seed Swap. Participants walked away with seeds to sow in their home gardens. They also learned about winter sowing, participated in nature-based craft activities and enjoyed goodies featuring native plant ingredients. The event was conducted in partnership with the Emma Treadwell Thacher Nature Center.
