As of the end of 2024, we are conducting a bit of work on our website and hope to have a better format soon. Thank you for your patience!
Community Events
If you would like to invite our chapter to host a booth, or present at your upcoming event please head over the Community Events page and fill out the request form.
Monthly Meetings
All members are welcome to participate any and all meetings – you are welcome to present ideas, ask questions, or just listen.
Each quarter we hold three chapter meetings: One meeting is a Membership Meeting, designed to informally welcome newer members, or members who want to become more active. Two meetings are leadership meetings that are primarily focused on ongoing chapter business. Either of these types of meetings are a perfect opportunity for you to pitch your ideas! Monthly meetings are the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 6:30 PM. If you wish to join the call, contact [email protected] for the zoom link.
Committee Meetings: There are many events/activities to plan such as the annual Native Seed Celebration, plant propagation & sales, meet & hikes, garden tours, speakers bureau, advocacy, and more! Use this form to show your interest and we will contact you! Note: we appreciate any time volunteered whether it is two hours per year, or several hours per week! We definitely understand that life can pull us away from our garden passion!
National Events
Wild Ones on the national level also provides webinars that are open to the public. You can find and register for the upcoming webinars on their website. This website also has all of the archived webinars that national has organized.
If you want to start a new Wild Ones chapter but want to know what the commitment might entail then please reach out to us. We will include you in our next meeting so you can see just how rewarding it is to start a new chapter! We want everyone to be successful in spreading the Wild Ones mission. Together we can preserve biodiversity through the preservation, restoration and establishment of native plant communities.
